CHEC is a new Antique Powerland Museum Partner


Curtis Heritage Education Center (CHEC) is delighted to announce participation in Oregon’s 156th birthday celebration February 14, 2014 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the State Capitol Building in Salem, Oregon. The Oregon State Legislature and the Oregon State Capitol Foundation are hosting the celebration, which is open to the public.

Old-time fiddlers will accompany living history and pioneer displays during Oregon's 156th birthday festivities at the Capitol. Free admission.

CHEC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 2013.

Most of our 100 plus vehicles and thousands of period  accouterments are in long term storage awaiting our new museum. We are currently in the process of creating our museum building plans and developing our financial support.
